Website Technology, Communications, and Marketing Disclosures
Marketing Huddle, LLC, doing business as The Authority Positioning Coach, provides marketing, media production, publicity, and educational services. This disclosure applies to authoritypositioningcoach.com and other Marketing Huddle websites that link to this policy.
Our websites use third-party providers for hosting, forms, scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, advertising, embedded videos, and optional artificial intelligence features. These providers may receive information you submit, device and browser information, IP addresses, page visits, and interactions with their features, as described in this Privacy Policy. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be used to measure website activity and deliver targeted advertising. Third-party providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. Where applicable law requires consent or an opportunity to opt out, we will provide those choices. Merely visiting this website does not constitute consent where separate affirmative consent is required.
Optional AI features generate automated responses that may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not personal communications from Mike Saunders. Do not submit confidential client information, account credentials, or sensitive financial or personal information through these features. Calls and meetings may be recorded or transcribed, subject to advance notice and any consent required by applicable law.
Marketing text messages require separate opt-in consent, which is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers solely as necessary to operate our messaging program.
Media services may include paid or sponsored interviews, promotional placements, and press-release distribution. Placement on a network affiliate or a publication’s website does not, by itself, constitute endorsement, independent editorial selection, or approval by that outlet or its parent network. Logos and media references identify the applicable placement or appearance.
Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not establish the results another client should expect. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, revenue, investment results, or business growth. Our placement guarantee is described in our Terms of Use; this disclosure does not withdraw or limit it.
Our content and services do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or regulatory compliance advice. Financial professionals remain responsible for obtaining required firm approvals and ensuring their use of marketing materials complies with applicable requirements. Nothing in this disclosure waives rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Marketing Huddle, LLC, doing business as The Authority Positioning Coach ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on authoritypositioningcoach.com and other Marketing Huddle® websites that link to this policy, in our emails and text messages, and on calls you book with us, and how we use it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Clarity Call application: your first name and email, then your answers to three short questions about your practice (years in business, what prospects find when they search your name, and your timing).
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as your name, email, phone number and the time you choose.
- Downloads and sign-ups: your first name and email when you request a resource such as the 2026 Industry Report or join a list.
- Calls, emails and texts: what you tell us when we talk. Clarity Calls held on Zoom may be recorded with notice at the start of the call, to prepare your recommendation and improve our service.
- Clients: the information needed to deliver your program, such as your bio, headshot, interview topics and billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived, and the date and time. We use cookies and similar tools for this (see section 7).
3. How we use it
- To review your application, schedule your Clarity Call and prepare for it.
- To send what you asked for, and to follow up if you start booking a call but don't finish.
- To send helpful emails and, if you opt in, text messages about growing an advisory practice, including offers for our programs.
- To deliver and support our services for clients.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to show our ads to people who have visited it (see section 7).
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms, and only for that purpose. These currently include:
- Website hosting: GoHighLevel
- Email and contact management: ActiveCampaign
- Call scheduling: Appointment Core
- Text messaging: SalesMessage and its carrier partners
- Video meetings: Zoom
- Video hosting: Vimeo, YouTube and Vidalytics
- AI assistant: Delphi
- Analytics and advertising: Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Payment processing: ThriveCart checkout, with Stripe for cards and PayPal
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
5. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, The Authority Positioning Coach may send you appointment reminders, service updates and marketing messages about growing your advisory practice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging providers and carriers that deliver our messages.
6. Email
When you sign up, request a resource, book a call or buy from us, we will add you to our email list. Every email identifies us, includes our mailing address and has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also email [email protected] and ask to be removed. We do not sell, rent or lease our email lists.
7. Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to measure which pages and buttons are used, and to show our ads on other platforms to people who have visited our site. These tools may come from Google (Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, which may collect information about your activity across websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google, Meta and LinkedIn account settings. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
8. Embedded video
Our videos are hosted on Vimeo, YouTube and Vidalytics. Most do not load until you press play; a few pages, such as partner pages, show a Vidalytics player when the page opens. When a video plays, the video provider may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not share information about which videos you watch with advertising platforms.
9. The AI assistant
Many pages offer an optional AI assistant trained on Mike Saunders' public teaching, through a chat button in the corner of the page or a chat box. The chat button is provided by our provider, Delphi, and loads with the page, so Delphi receives basic technical information such as your browser and the page address. Nothing you type is sent until you choose to start a conversation. What you type is processed by Delphi to generate answers, and the conversation may be stored to improve the assistant. Please don't enter sensitive personal or client information. The assistant can make mistakes and does not give financial, legal or compliance advice.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, privacy laws in your state may give you additional rights, and we will honor them as they apply to us.
Visitors from outside the United States: this site is run from the United States and your information is processed here. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
11. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers, but no system is perfectly secure. Email is not a secure channel, so please don't send account numbers or other sensitive information by email. We keep personal information while you are on our list or a client, and as long as needed for legal, tax and record-keeping purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
12. Children
This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will post a notice on the site for material changes.
